Right to Withdraw from Purchase

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with local and European law. This applies to all products purchased on this website.

To withdraw from a purchase, you must notify us email to arrange the return. While no reason is required, the item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of providing notice.

Return Costs:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refund Policy:
Upon proper withdrawal, the purchase contract is cancelled, and we will issue a refund within 28 days. However, if the item has been excessively used or misused beyond simple testing, you will be responsible for the depreciation and shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
